As part of the the first half of the 15/16 Football season Umbro ran competitions for the fanbase of sponsored clubs to give tickets to home games under the hashtag #UMBROKICKOFF. I was asked to produce a set of animations to accompany each home game competition, featuring the sponsored club and who they were playing.
The challenge was to create eye catching animations but not featuring club crests, sponsorship and competitor trademarks. Using these restrictions I created a set of flat shaded versions of the club home shirts from the Premiership, Championship Erdivisie leagues and created a simple set of animations aimed at the companies Instagram audience.
